2. Data we collect
We only collect data that you voluntarily provide through our contact form: full name, email address and the content of your message. We do not collect sensitive data as defined in Article 2 of Law 25,326.
3. Purpose of processing
The data collected is used exclusively to respond to your inquiries and provide you with information about our educational content. We do not use your data for commercial purposes nor do we share it with third parties for marketing campaigns.
4. Legal basis for processing
The processing of your data is based on your free, express and informed consent, given when completing and submitting the contact form, in accordance with Article 5 of Law 25,326.
5. Data retention
Personal data will be retained for a maximum period of two (2) years from the last interaction, unless current legislation requires a different period. After that period, the data will be securely deleted.
6. Rights of the data subject
As the owner of your personal data, you have the right to request access, rectification, updating and deletion of your data, as well as to revoke your consent, in accordance with Articles 14 and 16 of Law 25,326.
